Bucum Jackson (Cube) is a bounty hunter that refuses to partner up. To find low-life criminals, Jackson uses unconventional techniques, but they work, and he intends to one day be his own employer and start a private investigative company. Reggie Wright (Epps) is a sleazy scam artist who avoids the law. They stumble onto a multi-million dollar diamond robbery while playing cat and mouse. Afraid of being discovered as a fraud by their merciless employer, Wright is forced to flee from the thief's getaway van (Flanagan).
