Blue World Order
Following the annihilation of the northern hemisphere by a nuclear war, the surviving people in the south became desperate and aggressive in their competition for few resources. Society disintegrates, and an aggressive disease threatens to annihilate all who survive. To aid in the reconstruction of civilisation, a self-appointed government known as 'The ORDER' administered an immunization to the microorganisms via a vast Electro-Macnetic Pulse (EMP). Secretly, the Order used the EMP to deliver a bio-tech virus, granting them the ability to control the population. Jake Slater is the only man who is resistant to the Order's virus. Now Jake scavenges the wasteland in quest of a method to keep his unconscious daughter alive, ignorant she is the planet's last child and the key to humanity's survival.
