Hurricane Bianca: From Russia with Hate

With the help of Milford High School's faculty and students as allies, chemistry teacher Richard Martinez (a.k.a. Bianca Del Rio) successfully put her archenemy Vice Principal Deborah "Debbie" Ward in jail. When Debbie is freed from prison, she concocts a plan to get rid of Bianca Del Rio once and for all by luring her to Russia to accept a teaching award and a large sum of money.
