A recently divorced young man discovers a mint condition Blade doll in the closet of his deceased brother and plans to sell it at an Oregon convention commemorating the 30th anniversary of the infamous Toulon Murders. During the auction, a strange force animates all of the puppets throughout the convention, causing them to go on a bloody killing spree.
