Trapped: The Alex Cooper Story

Based on a true incident, when Alex,15, told her devout Mormon parents she was lesbian, they placed her against her will in a conversion treatment home in Utah. Alex was trapped for eight months with strangers and beat to cure her homosexuality. Alex was eventually allowed to attend school, where she befriended the gay-straight alliance president. He helped Alex find a lawyer who aided in her escape.
